It seemed like Bush was hated then, and still he won with a huge margin. So, until the American people prove otherwise, I have to predict it based on past behavior. I think he'd make a wonderful president, but despite Obama-mania in recent weeks, I still don't believe the red states will convert. They voted for Bush last time despite four sad and sorry years of leading the nation, I don't see how they will change in the face of a 'black' candidate. There are too many intolerant people out there still. The world is changing slowly, but it's still too soon for America to accept Obama in the 'White' House, methinks. Too bad. Too sad.
