There's a dent in the drywall outside my son's room where I punched it in frustration after discovering that my wonderful little boy had - once again - spent all of his morning "getting ready for school" time sitting in his room reading a magazine, ensuring that I'd be late for work while I got him dressed and washed up. I have no intention of repairing it, as a reminder to myself that I need to just slow down and remember that he's only a little boy and I'm a very fallible, grumpy old man. I hear you, Joe.
